VISION is a registered business based in Malmö, Sweden. Our products include collectible dolls, accessories, and lifestyle items sold through our online platform.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are confirmed by email once payment is received. Prices are listed in SEK and include applicable Swedish VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept secure payments via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Klarna, Stripe, PayPal).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Sweden, the Nordic countries, and internationally. Delivery times vary:

Nordic countries: 2–5 business days
Outside Nordic countries: 3–10 business days
Pre-orders: Usually 7–21 business days (may be longer)

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Pre-order cancellations are allowed before we purchase the item from our supplier. Refunds may be subject to a handling fee.

Unclaimed or undelivered parcels will incur a 200 SEK handling fee. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor differences may occur. All products are subject to availability.
